Typical EDGECO Duct Cleaning Task List

Using HEPA-filtered, high efficiency collection devices and mechanical agitators, vacuum all interior air duct surfaces

Remove, wash and sanitize diffusers, grills and registers

Air wash and sanitize reheat units

Sanitize duct interior with EPA-approved sanitizer

Cover access openings and galvanized panels screwed in place and sealed with silicone caulk

Secure insulation in place with wire and/or industrial aluminum tape

Repair broken flange joints, damaged damper controls, cover pressure measurement openings and so forth

Install drain in each blower fan housing

Vacuum, pressure wash, and sanitize air handling unit plenums, coils, louvers and fan assemblies
